Are you an IT leader with a passion for driving digital transformation in the manufacturing industry?

We are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead our technology strategy, IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and innovation initiatives across plants and corporate functions.

Location: Shikrapur, Pune

Salary - up to 20 Lpa (depends of experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
- Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
- Ensure cybersecurity, IT compliance (ISO 27001:2022, TISAX), disaster recovery & business continuity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement IT solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while managing vendors and service providers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
- Certifications such as PMP®, CISSP, ITIL®, AWS-SAA®, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
