Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Administrator at Atlas Chiropractic & Wellness, located in Bengaluru. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Conduct employee investigations and address any employee relations issues.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Champion a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR administration.
- Experience in the medical sector is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Remuneration

A base salary of Rs.4.5 lakhs CTC per annum plus KPI-based incentives. This salary is dependent on candidates experience and skillset.
