Job Summary:As a Warranty Executive at a Hyundai dealership, you will be responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims in compliance with Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) policies. You will act as a key link between the service team and Hyundai's warranty department, ensuring smooth claim settlements, documentation accuracy, and audit compliance.Key Responsibilities:Warranty Claim Management:1. Register, process, and submit warranty claims on the Hyundai DMS / GSW platform.2. Ensure correct labor operations, job codes, and part codes are used as per Hyundai norms.3. Review job cards and service history for claim eligibility.OEM Coordination:1. Coordinate with Hyundai’s warranty cell for claim approvals and technical clarifications.2. Handle any rejections and provide justifications or corrections as per HMIL guidelines.Documentation & Record Keeping:1. Maintain physical and digital records of job cards, repair orders, replaced parts, and claim copies.2. Ensure proper tagging and return of replaced parts to Hyundai as per protocol.Audit Compliance:1. Prepare for Hyundai Warranty Audits by ensuring 100% compliance in documentation.2. Implement feedback and close non-compliance points post-audit.Service Team Support:1. Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate job card entries.2. Educate and update service staff on warranty guidelines and process changes from Hyundai.Reporting:1. Prepare weekly and monthly warranty MIS reports.2.
