Job Summary Operation and Maintenance activities of utilities system, Installation, Modification, Repair, Planning and executing upcoming projects, online documentation and review of documentation as needed or requested by the organization. Job Responsibilities - Execute all Engineering operation as per established ARPL standards and procedures. - Execute in co-ordination with the user departments for maintenance issues / problems and ensuring completion of maintenance request for ARPL utility Systems. - Executing / supervise with help of contactor's on daily basis for follow up and completion of maintenance activities related to Water, HVAC, Compressed Air, Chiller, Boiler, AC and other utilities. - Ensuring and maintaining Engineering inventory management / up keep of minimum stock availability for Engineering spares. - Providing all required utilities / maintenance support to ARPL as per the departments requirements without any breakdown and operates in full compliance with, all regulatory requirements and according to established safety norms, preparation of Root cause analysis for Utility Break Downs. - To train the area concern person on related SOP's/formats. - Involvement in any upcoming projects / facility changes. - Adherence to procedures and good documentation practices all time. - Co-ordination for equipment qualification / Validation. - To update PM work orders in SAP. - To prepare and review all Engineering related Documents and logbooks on time. - Responsible for ensuring logging & closure of work requests, Breakdowns in SAP and archiving the documents for future reference. - To carry out Corrective maintenance. - Energy saving projects initiatives, Planning, Execution and monitoring. - Planning and implementation of JDI. - Ensuring utilities for any time Audit readiness in terms of Documentation, Facilities, P&ID, SOP, Formats, and Trainings. - Coordination with QMS for execution and closure of CCRs, Deviations investigations and CAPAs. - Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes. - Demonstrate Behaviours that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion. - Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies. - All other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education - Minimum BE/B Tech in Engineering or any other equivalent degree. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities - Should have good knowledge in Engineering activities and handling the documents. - Works effectively towards acheiveing the Engineering compliance - Should have good interpersonal and communicational skills - Should have adequate knowlwdge and skills in QMS activities - Strives to drive project related to Engineering Experience - Minimum 3 years experience in GMP regulated Pharmaceutical company.
