Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence Fluency in Spanish and proficiency with Salesforce are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and manage sales pipelines This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to organisational success while advancing their career in a fast-paced environment Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market conditions to achieve business targets Identify pursue and secure new B2B sales opportunities through networking cold calling and attending industry events Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Analyse sales data using analysis skills to monitor performance metrics forecast future sales and identify growth opportunities Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using Salesforce CRM ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility within the region Lead motivate and support a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed regional objectives Provide regular reports on sales activities market trends and competitor activities to senior management Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential for managing customer relationships and sales processes effectively Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases across regions Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients at all levels Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating leadership qualities when managing staff This role offers an engaging environment for professionals eager to make a significant impact within our organisation while developing their expertise in regional sales management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
