Job Description Description We are seeking a Weddings Head to lead our wedding planning team in India. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of wedding events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly while meeting client expectations. Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of wedding events from start to finish. - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their special day. - Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution. - Oversee the logistics of each wedding, including venue selection, decor, catering, and entertainment. - Coordinate with on-site staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations on the day of the event. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning process. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance client experiences. Skills and Qualifications - 5-6 years of experience in event planning, specifically in weddings or similar events. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. - Knowledge of wedding trends, decor styles, and vendor options in India.
