Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description - End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full hiring cycle for formulation units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management. - Specialized Hiring:Recruit for QA, QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and other formulation-related roles. - Candidate Sourcing:Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring and field visits to attract qualified candidates. - Technical Screening:Evaluate candidates experience in OSD, injectables, tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, packing, etc. - Stakeholder Coordination:Work closely with plant HR, department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs. - Database Management:Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor lists and talent pipelines for critical positions. - Compliance & Documentation:Ensure proper background checks, documentation and adherence to company HR policies. - MIS & Reporting:Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and update recruitment dashboards. - Travel for Hiring:Visit plants, job fairs and local manpower markets when needed. Requirements - Strong understanding ofpharma formulation processes(OSD / injectable / sterile / non-sterile). - Hands-on experience inblue-collar & staff-level hiringfor manufacturing plants. - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office, job portals and recruitment tools.
