Job Description Job Summary: The Azure AD Specialist is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of Azure Active Directory services. This role ensures secure identity and access management, supports cloud-based authentication, and integrates Azure AD with enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer Azure Active Directory services and configurations - Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD - Configure and maintain conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA) - Integrate Azure AD with Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, and on-premise directories - Monitor and respond to security alerts and audit logs related to identity and access - Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and user provisioning issues - Collaborate with IT teams to support hybrid identity setups and migrations - Maintain and enforce compliance with security and access policies - Create technical documentation, procedures, and user guides - Provide technical support and training to internal teams Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts - Experience with conditional access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC) - Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure security tools - Ability to manage hybrid identity (on-premises AD with Azure AD sync) - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and documentation skills
