Job Description Job Title: Testing Validation / QA Engineer Location: Sanand, Gujarat Experience: 3 5 Years Key Responsibilities: - Conduct testing and product validation of power conditioning equipment such as UPS systems, VFDs, battery chargers, and related products. - Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. - Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation for new and existing products. - Analyze failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with design and service teams. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Provide technical feedback to R&D and production teams to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of power electronics components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, rectifiers, and inverters. - Hands-on experience with testing methodologies for electrical/electronic products. - Ability to interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. - Familiarity with quality assurance processes and product validation techniques. Good to Have: - Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with testing and measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.). - Exposure to industrial standards and certifications related to electrical/electronic equipment. - Experience in failure analysis and reliability testing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). - 35 years of relevant experience in QA/testing of power conditioning or power electronics equipment.
