To learn more about Trantor, please visit www.trantorinc.com Role Description - Architect advanced Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights. - Automate workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance self-service. - Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions. - Identify and resolve data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls. - Lead compliance reporting and ensure data security across HR systems. - Collaborate with HRIS and IT to address complex reporting challenges. - Design and deploy dashboards using Workday Prism to enable informed decision-making. - Optimize reports for performance and usability, ensuring scalability. - Integrate data from Workday, Workday Recruit, and external systems for cross-functional reporting. Qualifications: - 5+ years in HR analytics with strong expertise in Workday and Workday Recruit. - Proven experience building sophisticated Workday Report Builder solutions. - Strong SQL skills. Experience in developing reports for data aggregation, reporting, and analytics. - Proactive problem-solving with ability to analyze complex data patterns. - Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical data into strategic insights. - High proficiency in English; ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. - Experience with API integrations related to HR data (a plus). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
