Job Description Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a Sr .NET Software Engineer Full Stack React to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. This pivotal role requires a seasoned engineer capable of leading software programming initiatives, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, and driving the creation of innovative, high-quality solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our systems, working across both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) technologies. Key Responsibilities - Software Development Leadership: Lead and direct software programming initiatives, overseeing the complete software development lifecycle. This includes developing and executing project plans. - Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods. You'll be responsible for testing new software and fixing bugs, ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable solutions. - Documentation & Best Practices: Oversee the development of comprehensive documentation for software systems. Apply best practices and standard operating procedures across all development activities. - Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with clients and cross-functional departments to effectively communicate project statuses and proposals. - System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing ones. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives. Continuously create innovative solutions to meet the company's technical needs and contribute to shaping the future of our systems. - Team Cohesion: Communicate key project data to team members and actively build cohesion among teams. Skills - Strong expertise in .NET development. - Proficiency in Full Stack development with a focus on React. - Experience in software system validation and testing methods. - Ability to direct software programming initiatives. - Skilled in overseeing documentation development. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams. - Aptitude for data analysis related to system installation and modification. - Proficiency in managing the software development lifecycle. - Ability to monitor system performance. - Strong communication skills for sharing project data and building team cohesion. - Experience in developing and executing project plans. - Application of mathematics and statistics to problem-solving. - Commitment to applying best practices and standard operating procedures. - Proven ability to create innovative solutions. - Expertise in testing new software and fixing bugs.
