Job Title: Full Stack Developer – .NET & ReactLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Technology / EngineeringReports To: Technical LeadPosition Summary RxCloud is seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET , React.js , and enterprise-grade database systems to join our product engineering team. This role is central to building scalable, secure, and compliance-ready applications that support digital transformation across life sciences, pharma, and healthcare domains. You will be responsible for developing robust backend services, intuitive front-end interfaces, and managing complex data structures that meet performance, traceability, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Backend Development Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core , C# , and Entity Framework Develop secure data access layers and business logic components Optimize performance for large datasets and high-throughput environments Implement authentication/authorization using OAuth2 , JWT , or Azure AD Integrate with Azure services (Blob Storage, App Services, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Functions) Ensure backend compliance with GxP , 21 CFR Part 11 , and audit trail requirements ️ Database Development & ManagementDesign and maintain relational databases using SQL Server and Azure SQL Write optimized T-SQL queries , stored procedures, views, and functions Ensure data integrity, indexing, and performance tuning for large-scale datasets Implement backup, archival, and retention strategies aligned with compliance needs Work with Entity Framework Core for ORM and data modeling Front-End DevelopmentBuild responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js , TypeScript , and modern UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap) Implement dynamic components, state management (Redux), and client-side routing Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards DevOps & CollaborationSupport CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Collaborate with QA, product, and compliance teams to ensure delivery quality Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in full stack development with .NET and React Strong proficiency in C# , ASP.NET Core , React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript Advanced knowledge of SQL Server , T-SQL , Entity Framework , and relational data modeling Familiarity with Azure cloud services , Git, and RESTful API design Understanding of software validation , audit trails , and compliance frameworks Preferred Skills Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare) Exposure to QMS platforms like Veeva , ETQ , or similar Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API versioning Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Interested?
