Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome prospective students, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding admissions procedures, application requirements, deadlines, and campus information.
- Schedule and coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and appointments with admissions counselors.
- Maintain and update prospective student records and databases.
- Distribute informational materials, brochures, and application forms to prospective students.
- Assist in organizing and executing admissions events such as open houses, orientation programs, and recruitment fairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages related to the admissions office.
- Support the admissions team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and personal information in accordance with institutional policies and legal requirements.
