Job Description Company Description Innopolis Bio Innovations Private Limited (IBI) are experts in business consulting, modelling based on raw material origins and market requirements; Process and plants design, turnkey project execution, plant stabilization, training the team and product development. We are committed to providing optimized process solutions in spices extraction and food processing industry. Role Description Design, program, and configure PLC systems for automation equipment to meet operational needs. Debug, test, and validate control logic to ensure performance standards are achieved. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate PLCs into different type control systems, including SCADA, VFD and HMI interfaces. Analyse and optimize existing control logic to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system reliability. Troubleshoot system malfunctions, identifying and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and system updates to prevent unplanned outages. Manage system backups, maintain version control, and implement safety interlocks to safeguard against system failures. Create comprehensive documentation, including wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and I/O configurations, to support ongoing system management and troubleshooting. Electrical CADD drawing for control system development of various PLC and MCC based Systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related technical field. Experience: 2 5 years experience Strong proficiency in programming and developing PLC, VFD, HMI and SCADA. Experience multiple brands VFD, HMI, PLC and SCADAs. (Schneider, Siemens, AB etc.) Experience with real-time system debugging, control loop tuning, and signal processing. In-depth understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus,Profibus,Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Devicenet, TCIP). Ability to design and implement complex control architectures involving multiple PLCs, sensors, and actuators. Skilled in conducting system risk assessments and applying fail-safe strategies to ensure safety in high-risk operations. Understanding of application security best practices and regulations.
