Operating across the UK, USA, UAE, and India, we are at the forefront of immersive learning experiences and next-generation automation solutions.Join our mission to "Innovate, Educate, Automate."IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING🚫 Do NOT apply if you do not have hands-on experience with PLC or SCADA systems.🚫 Do NOT apply if you are not fluent in English or lack strong communication skills.This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality training in English to an international audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Professional Training: Teach industry-relevant content on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and automation systems to students and working professionals.R&D and Program Development: Write PLC programs from scratch and engage in cutting-edge research on emerging automation technologies.Update and restructure training modules aligned with the latest trends and standards in industrial automation.Technology Integration: Incorporate Industry 4.0, AI, IIoT, and VR technologies into training for a next-gen learning experience.Global Collaboration: Coordinate with UK and international teams to ensure high-quality training delivery across borders.Key RequirementsTechnical ExpertiseSolid experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems across platforms.Familiarity with control systems, IIoT, and industrial instrumentation.Training & Communication SkillsStrong English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.3–5 years of professional experience in industrial automationWillingness to travel for international onsite training programs when required.Note: Only shortlisted candidates with verified PLC/SCADA experience and excellent English communication will be contacted.
