Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Captain based in Kolkata. The Senior Captain will be responsible for overseeing oreders and building guest relation and ensuring the smooth execution. Daily tasks include supervising setup and teardown, monitoring timelines, addressing and resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools
- Previous experience in the event management or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
