Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving institutional partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening our position within the overseas education industry. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with educational institutions and organizations. • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and sustainable growth. • Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities. • Consistently achieve and exceed set business development and partnership targets. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives and partnerships. • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and professional forums to enhance visibility and credibility. • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective partners. Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in the overseas education industry strongly preferred). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management abilities. • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team. • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel frequently as required.
