Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office team. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the founders on strategic and financial matters. The focus will be on financial reporting, planning, and analysis, along with operational and business insights support. This is not an Executive Assistance level role—it requires strong analytical and communication skills, project and people management skills, business acumen, and an interest in financial and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

•Financial Reporting & Analysis

o Work closely with the accounting team and the CA

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for internal use.

o Track budgets, forecast cash flows, and support P&L reviews.

o Analyze cost structures, revenue growth, and profit margins across business units.

o Support the transition and implementation of Odoo ERP for finance-related processes, reporting, and automation.

• Strategic Support

o Support founders in financial modeling for new initiatives, pricing models, and business expansion.

o Conduct benchmarking and internal financial diagnostics.

• Business Insights & Decision Support

o Gather and synthesize data from different departments to support strategic decision-making.

o Track key metrics related to business performance, delivery efficiency, and client profitability.

• Special Projects

o Help structure and monitor strategic initiatives (e.g., new service lines, partnerships, investments).

o Help drive key organizational initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business (CA, MBA, or CFA preferred but not mandatory).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, consulting, or startup finance.

• Experience or familiarity with Odoo (or any ERP/finance system implementation) is a plus but not a must.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured data.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with direct founder interaction.

• High ownership, curiosity, and discretion.
