You should have very high affinity towards the engineering product design and development... You will report to Engineering Manager. Some Things You Will Do In This Role Include - Be part of Engineering Team, which has the ambition to be excellent in designing and manufacturing of Compressed air treatment solutions and gas generators - Maintain master product data of standard and new products in ERP - Create bill of material, detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part, specification for packaging, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing - Prepare preliminary concept sketches, feasibility studies, schedule and establish preliminary design, evaluate prototype models and research materials review. - Initial evaluation of competitive products. - Schedule development plan and track progress throughout development. - Maintain a technical construction file on a product's development including all design data and test results. - Monitor program cost activity to achieve an in budget result. You have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Degree/Certificate. You will also have 2-4 years working within the mechanical engineering space. You Will Also Have - Drafting/modelling experience - Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and MS Office preferred. - Knowledge of GD&T and common machining techniques - Project management skills and ability to work independently - Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
