- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions for complex business processes on the Salesforce platform.
- Customization & Configuration:
- Leverage declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder) and programmatic development to configure Salesforce as per business needs.
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins to enhance data models, workflows, and security configurations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and other integration tools.
