Job description:Key Responsibilities1. Property Sourcing Across Regions- Travel across Chhattisgarh and other states to identify and source land parcels, commercial spaces, retail units, industrial sheds, and institutional properties.- Build a regional database of verified and marketable properties for leasing, sale, or collaboration.2. Client Handling & Relationship Management- Coordinate with clients (corporates, brands, investors, developers) to understand requirements.- Present suitable property options, answer queries, and ensure seamless communication throughout the transaction process.3. Site Visits & Inspections- Conduct physical site visits, collect all technical and legal information, capture geo-tagged photos/videos.- Prepare visit reports and property evaluation summaries for internal and client use.4. Transaction Execution Support- Assist in negotiations between landlords and clients regarding lease/sale or other terms.- Coordinate documentation, legal verification, and closing formalities in collaboration with the back-office team.5. End-to-End Deal Management- Take full responsibility from sourcing to final closure of transactions.- Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and brokerage invoicing from both parties involved.6.
