Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Finance- Invoice to pay In this role, the incumbent will play a critical role in the team, MGS Finance Regional Leadership Team, accountable for delivering outstanding accounts payable performance, payroll management and Travel & Expense management in partnership with the Business Unit, Global Process Owner (GPO) and MGS Finance Digital Teams. Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership in the Invoice to Pay space. - Develop an implementable strategy for client that balances the 3 E's and an I outcomes (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Experience, and Insights). - Establish an optimal Payroll and Travel/Expense organizational design, processes and procedures to achieve MGS Finance objectives. - Ensure an adequate internal control environment as well as make recommendations regarding improvements of internal controls. - Be a representative of Payroll and Travel/Expense to internal and external stakeholders and vendors. - Lead all aspects of the talent agenda for the regional I2P, Payroll, T&E Team. - Bring to life the MGS Finance vision to inspire and engage associates, develop talent, and build a high performing team delivering world class results. - Deliver service excellence to internal customers (Business Units) across the areas of accounts payable including invoice resolution, help desk, and accounting. - Drive initiatives to improve cash flow, accuracy of cash forecasting and Days Payables Outstanding (DPO). - Accountable for strong controls & governance across the I2P regional processes. - Accuracy of Payroll and Travel/Expense- Lead operational activities of the APAC Payroll team including on time and accurate payment, process improvement and compliance to current Process and Control Standards (PACS) Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Relevant experience in Finance - Intellectual agility and analytical outlook - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. - CPA and/or MBA preferred Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Business experience, including finance shared services - Management experience including managing managers a plus. Excellent track record in building effective teams and developing direct reports, especially with strong functional/technical requirements - Demonstrated success in financial process implementation, transformation or continuous improvement . - Experience with and comfort around higher management - Strong people skills and be an agile thinker - Demonstrated business process management experiences and skills - - - - -
