Head of Sports needed in a school in Faridabad Joining on 1st July Qualifications Degree level qualification Advanced degree or other qualifications in related fieldProfessional Experience At least 15 years of successful experience as a teacher and or coach Qualifications in and or experience in athletic administration or administrative leadership Experience with inquiry-based learning approaches Experience with the relevant IB program PYP MYP DP Planning and overseeing athletic programs during the academic year Identify and facilitate Professional Development opportunities for the coaching staff Ensuring that coaches uphold the rules policies and protocols according to the guidelines outlined within the OIS Athletic Handbook Providing guidelines and criteria to student-athletes and parents for written communications descriptions of program offerings fixtures and achievements Preparing managing and overseeing the annual budget of the Athletic Department Arranging officials referees judges and mediating disagreements between coaches referees if any Leading the scheduling and directing of tournaments and events Planning and executing special events for Middle School and High School student-athletes including awards ceremonies Responsible for developing and maintaining the Activities and Athletics calendars daily bulletin announcements etcShould have experience in different sports like Cricket Football Horse riding Karate etcLocal candidates needed School time - 8am to 4pmAll Saturdays are off except if its PTM or any event being conducted Free child education Transport facility available in Faridabad For candidates traveling from Delhi pick drop facility to nearest Metro station Accommodation will be provided for selected candidate Individual accommodation Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Background check will be conducted for selected candidate
