Job Description Job Description Location: Bangalore Vertical Account Leader: 18+ years of experience We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Vertical Account Leader to join our dynamic team providing Product Engineering & Technology services to our NCA customers in the Hi-Tech space. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing rapidly growing portfolios, identifying & securing growth opportunities & driving the execution of our strategic delivery initiatives with the vision to grow the portfolio to $100Mn & more in shortest time frame. This will be a global role & you will be expected to manage employees spread across multiple geographies India, China, Taiwan & US. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of industry trends and will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships & aligning our delivery strategies with business objectives, ensuring that we meet client expectations consistently. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within the delivery teams, promoting innovation, and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancements within the industry. As a key player in our organization, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings, positioning our company as a leader in the industry. Responsibilities: Lead the global delivery efforts for Product Engineering & technology services in NCA accounts with potentials to grow upto 100Mn & 2000+ employees in size. Proactively identify new business opportunities within NCA accounts & drive strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, ensuring growth and expansion of client relationships Effectively manage & aggressively grow NCA accounts by thinking creatively and strategically, identifying innovative delivery solutions and investment opportunities to maximize client value and drive long-term success Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive service improvement. Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards. Analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization within service delivery. Manage budgets and financial aspects of client accounts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness in service delivery. Facilitate regular account reviews and performance meetings with clients to discuss progress, feedback, and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Proven track record of driving sales growth, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Proven track record of managing global client accounts with demonstrated success in achieving business objectives. Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks and methodologies Experience in budget management and financial reporting for large-scale projects. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities. Behavioral Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior executives, tailoring the message to their level of understanding and business priorities Proactively develop strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, both within the organization and with clients Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management or delivery roles for R&D services within the IT services industry.
