Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who will bridge two crucial fronts:

1. Marketing Strategy Drafting creative and actionable marketing plans that amplify TAC's programs.
2. Sales Execution Engaging with leads, nurturing relationships, and closing enrollments.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in real marketing execution while building sales confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft marketing strategies & campaign plans for TAC programs (Design, Editing, Marketing).
- Assist in digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and influencer marketing.
- Maintain and update CRM & lead tracking sheets.
- Interact with potential students, answer queries, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Support the team in content ideation, copywriting, and social media strategy.
- Collaborate with mentors to design sales funnels, retargeting strategies, and closing pitches.
- Participate in TACathons and marketing challenges to learn by doing.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Strong communication & persuasion skills (must enjoy talking to people).
- Creative thinking with the ability to draft marketing plans.
- Interest in digital marketing, brand building, and sales psychology.
- Proactive learner with a get-things-done mindset.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools is a plus.
