Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India and expand our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in international markets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across different countries. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. - Monitor sales performance and report on metrics to management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in international sales or business development. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Strong understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
