Role Description This is a remote job as a Freelance Recruiter, you can work from the comfort of your home. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for job opportunity, review applications, pre-screen for profile match with the job requirements and coordinate with Customer success managers (CSM) at ReqOpen. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging outreach tools like linkedin, email, phone to identify talent through various channels, and ensuring a seamless selection and hiring process. Qualifications - Passionate folks who can work hard, find & onboard the right talent for our valuable clients. - Proficiency in talent sourcing and candidate screening processes is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms - Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Payments - This is a freelance recruiter role, so you will paid on successful onboarding of candidate. - For every successful placement, earn 2% of CTC upto 50,000/- per role closure. - We have 150+ freelancers already associated with us, and able to close 2-3 roles per month. The earning potential is anywhere between 50k to 2L per month. Sky is the limit.
