Position Summary: KREEVA is expanding its sales team for luxury real estate and is inviting experienced professionals to be part of our growth journey. We are looking for passionate, driven, and result-oriented individuals who have prior experience in premium or luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end sales cycles, client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with KREEVA’s brand of redefining high-end living. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing and referrals. - Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to potential clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales closures and referrals. - Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead nurturing, negotiation, and documentation to final closure. - Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable property options. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely feedback on leads and campaign performance. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. - Represent KREEVA at exhibitions, events, and property fairs to enhance brand presence. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for senior management. - Build and maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients, investors. Required Skills & Competencies: - Proven track record of success in luxury or premium real estate sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset. - Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics in NCR Eligibility & Experience: - Experience: 2 to 12 years in real estate sales (preferably in luxury/premium segment). - Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Candidates from developers or luxury real estate consultancies will be preferred.
