Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech Manager to lead our frontend and backend development teams. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor frontend and backend development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with both frontend and backend developers to troubleshoot, guide architecture decisions, and integrate components effectively. Hands-On Development: Contribute to codebases when necessary, providing technical guidance and reviewing code to maintain high standards. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clients to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Process Optimization: Implement best practices in agile development, code reviews, and version control to streamline team workflows and improve productivity. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in programming, tools, and technologies to help drive continuous improvement in development processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technology, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Express). Proven experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Experience with DevOps practices and open-source contributions.
