- Quality Engineer Position Quality Engineer Department Quality Assurance Quality Control Location Karnal Ramba Notice Period - 7 days Reporting to Quality Manager Plant Head Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process Perform incoming in-process and final inspections as per quality standards Implement and maintain quality systems such as ISO 9001 TS 16949 or other relevant standards Handle customer complaints conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective preventive actions CAPA Prepare and maintain quality reports inspection records and documentation Conduct process audits product audits and internal audits Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring instruments Coordinate with production engineering and supplier teams for quality improvements Develop and implement quality control plans SOPs and work instructions Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S Kaizen and Lean tools Monitor and reduce rejection rework and scrap levels Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and customer quality requirements Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Industrial or related engineering field 1-5 years of experience in quality assurance quality control freshers can be considered if applicable Knowledge of quality tools 7 QC Tools FMEA SPC MSA PPAP APQP Experience with measuring instruments Vernier Micrometer Height Gauge Profile Projector etc Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage quality issues effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
