As a Product Designer at upGrad, you will create impactful learning experiences for millions of students, working at the intersection of design, technology, and education. Role Overview: We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging digital products. You will be responsible for translating complex problems into elegant design solutions that drive learner success and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms, from discovery to delivery. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate your solutions effectively. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers to build and ship high-quality experiences. Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. Maintain and contribute to upGrad's design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. Use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design. A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms. Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present your ideas confidently.
