We are expanding our validation team and invite dedicated professionals to join us.Job DescriptionAs a Pharmaceutical Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, utilities, and systems meet defined quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will lead or assist in validation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and execute validation protocols including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), PQ (Performance Qualification).Perform equipment qualification, utilities validation (e.g. HVAC, clean utilities, water systems).Conduct facility and environmental validation (temperature mapping, humidity, clean rooms).Prepare, maintain, and review validation documentation, reports, and records in compliance with cGMP / GMP / regulatory norms.Assist in risk assessments, root cause analysis, change control, deviation handling.Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, QA, Regulatory) to ensure issues are resolved.Support audits (internal and external) and inspections.Perform preventive maintenance and validation of software / computer systems if applicable.Qualifications / EligibilityWe welcome candidates with any of the following educational backgrounds (with relevant experience where applicable):Qualification Level Preferred Field(s) Experience / Skills ExpectedITI (Relevant Trade) Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Process / Maintenance from recognized ITI Minimum 2–3 years experience in pharma / manufacturing environment. Exposure to equipment maintenance, calibration, basic validation practices.+2 (10+2, Science Stream) Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Vocational / Science 1–2 years experience or internship in pharma validation / QC / production support; willingness to learn. Strong understanding of basic technical concepts.BSc (Science) Chemistry / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences 1–3 years experience in validation, QC, or process engineering roles. Knowledge of GMP / validation concepts.BTech / BE Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Biotechnology 2–5 years experience in validation (equipment, utilities, processes).
