Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive global growth, particularly targeting clients in the USA and India. This is a remote position, requiring evening and night shift availability to cater to international time zones. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting business relationships with international clients. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients in the USA and India using online platforms, directories, networking groups, and market research tools. Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through email campaigns, social media, and outbound calls. Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients. 2. Client Outreach & Communication Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online networking. Deliver professional and persuasive presentations of company products/services tailored to client needs. Schedule virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers in the USA and India time zones. Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up consistently to convert interest into sales. 3. Sales & Target Achievement Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Work towards achieving individual and team business development goals. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. 4. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Understand customer requirements and ensure smooth onboarding. Provide after-sales support in collaboration with the operations and customer success teams. Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments. 5. Market Research & Strategy Stay updated with global business trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer demands and market gaps. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnership avenues. 6. Reporting & Coordination Maintain CRM records of leads, interactions, and deals. Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports. Coordinate with team leaders and managers to refine business strategies.Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM software, and online sales platforms. Familiarity with international business communication practices. Ability to create and deliver engaging virtual sales presentations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to build rapport with international clients quickly. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude. Flexibility to work evening and night shifts to align with USA time zones. Strong time management and organizational skills.Eligibility Criteria Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence are welcome. 1.5–3+ years of prior experience in business development, inside sales, or international client handling is an added advantage.
