Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate

Shifts: Rotational

Role Overview:

ZettaMine is seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing and maintaining SAP landscapes, ensuring high system performance, security, and reliability. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and optimize SAP systems to ensure high performance and availability.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure, job scheduling, transport management, and printer configuration.
- Manage multiple SAP environments including Development, Testing, Training, and Production.
- Handle SAP ABAP and JAVA stack systems (mandatory).
- Administer additional applications such as BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText (preferred).
- Configure and manage Web Dispatcher for load balancing and routing.
- Perform SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust setup.
- Manage the Correction and Transport System (CTS) to maintain system integrity and smooth promotions.
- Execute technical changes with minimal risk, ensuring reliability and availability.
- Implement SAP performance tuning strategies and monitor system health (work processes, logs, dumps, locks, traces, disk space).
- Support application upgrades, client copies, and system refreshes to ensure system stability and compliance.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on expertise with ABAP and JAVA stack systems.
- Proficiency in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of SSL/SSO configuration and certificate management.
- Experience with application upgrades, client copies, and system refreshes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and coordination.
