Job Description About Maxim At Maxim, we are building the evaluation infrastructure to help modern AI teams bring their products to market faster, with the quality and reliability needed for real-world use. Backed by an amazing set of investors and are building our core team to empower development teams to ship high-quality AI agents, faster. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Intern to assist in the development and execution of our go-to-market strategies. You'll work across multiple functions, including marketing, sales, and content, giving you hands-on experience in the AI space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of digital marketing, product positioning, and growth strategies in a rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities As a GTM Intern, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Assisting in developing and executing digital marketing strategies. - Optimizing website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. - Coordinating product launches on platforms like Product Hunt, G2, and other relevant industry-specific forums. - Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product roadmaps and customer needs. - Helping refine messaging and communication tactics to best resonate with our target audience. - Convert unique, successful strategies into standardized processes for easier replication and scaling of our go-to-market teams. - Work across different areas like sales, content, marketing, customer success and growth, and technical solutions. About You - You are passionate about AI and eager to dive into the latest developments in the space. - You're a quick learner and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - You have a creative mindset and enjoy brainstorming new, out-of-the-box ideas to present and market products. - You're detail-oriented and take the initiative to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. - You have a strong command of written and spoken English, with good grammar, syntax, and stylistic versatility. Nice to Haves - Experience with SEO optimisation and digital marketing platforms. - Previous exposure to working on GTM strategies for SaaS Products. - You're an ex-founder (a big plus).
