Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Manager based in Bengaluru, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products within our kitchens. The role includes overseeing QA processes, managing compliance with food safety standards, conducting inspections, and implementing strategies to improve quality. The Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to industry best practices. Qualifications - Proven experience in Quality Assurance processes, including food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality systems implementation. - Strong ability in team management, communication, and problem-solving to ensure product quality across all operations. - Knowledge of food processing, production workflows, quality audits, and testing procedures. - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to upholding high safety and hygiene standards. - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
