We are seeking a seasoned SAP CoE Lead + 8 Years of strong technical and functional expertise to drive SAP strategy, architecture, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead SAP governance, optimize processes, manage programs, and ensure maximum value from our SAP landscape while providing hands-on technical guidance and driving innovation.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of SAP experience, including program/project and CoE leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and hybrid landscapes.
- Experience with SAP ABAP development.
- Knowledge of SAP SAC, BW, Datasphere, and ODS for backend data management and analytics.
- Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of SAP integration with third-party systems and middleware.
- Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and enforce SAP technical standards, governance, and best practices.
- Lead SAP architecture strategy across on-premise, cloud, S/4HANA, and BTP landscapes.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency using SAP tools and technologies.
- Oversee SAP operations, system upgrades, performance tuning, and service delivery.
- Manage SAP programs, projects, and reusable technical assets (templates, accelerators).
- Build and maintain SAP knowledge repositories, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Manage technical vendors, partners, licensing, and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance, security, and risk management across SAP systems.
