Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint configurations across the organization.
- Support and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using Microsoft Purview or similar tools.
- Collaborate with security teams to monitor and investigate incidents using Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or other SIEM tools.
- Implement and support security configurations including Conditional Access, Azure AD, MFA, and Group Policies.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- Serve as an escalation point for L2/L3 support, ensuring rapid resolution of complex endpoint issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Security teams to drive endpoint compliance and policy enforcement.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
- Experience supporting and enforcing DLP policies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or similar SIEM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in a Level 2/3 technical support role with strong troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400) (Highly Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- CompTIA Security+ or other security-related certifications
