Job Title HR Manager Location Panchkula Haryana On-site Industry Pharmaceutical Company Size 10-50 employees Employment Type Full-time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment payroll employee engagement compliance and training development This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of HR functions in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment and the ability to work closely with leadership to build a strong organizational culture Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical non-technical and field roles Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and source top talent Conduct interviews negotiate offers and onboard new hires effectively 2 Payroll HR Operations Oversee monthly payroll processing attendance management and leave records Manage HR documentation including offers appraisals and statutory compliance 3 Employee Engagement Retention Design and execute engagement activities to promote a positive work culture Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvement plans Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality 4 Compliance Policy Management Maintain compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements Draft update and enforce HR policies Coordinate internal and external HR audits 5 Training Development Identify training needs through performance reviews and manager feedback Develop and deliver training programs for technical and soft skills Track employee development and maintain training records Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of HR laws payroll and compliance in the Preferably in pharma sector Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proactive organized and able to handle multiple priorities High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or any other field Minimum 1 year of experience in HR management preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry Hands-on experience with HRMS payroll systems and MS Office Suite Compensation Competitive salary as per industry standards commensurate with experience How to Apply Interested candidates can send their CV thorugh whatsapp on 91 70182-32126 or mail at hrdrdpharma gmail con with the subject line Application for HR Manager - Panchkula Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
