About ANSR Global Corporation ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSR s expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia About ANSR ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSRs expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia Key Responsibilities Solutioning Implementation Leadership Lead the solution design and implementation of recruitment delivery models for new client programs RPO project-based embedded etc Partner with Business Development to craft tailored TA solutions and present them to prospective clients Translate client needs into detailed operational plans timelines and scalable frameworks aligned with Talent500s methodologies Drive solutioning workshops process mapping and change management conversations with senior stakeholders Own the implementation roadmap ensuring delivery milestones are met with precision quality and consistency Client Relationship Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders during implementation and solutioning phases Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment operations and workforce planning Manage executive-level communications reporting and escalation management across multiple workstreams and geographies Provide strategic advice to clients on technology adoption ATS CRM and process transformation Project Program Governance Establish and enforce governance structures including project charters roles and responsibilities documentation protocols and reporting cadence Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with scope timelines and budget Ensure risk mitigation strategies and change control mechanisms are in place for successful go-lives Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to assess solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement People Leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants Project Managers or cross-functional SMEs Collaborate with Talent Acquisition delivery leads L D Operational Excellence and Tech teams to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives Drive internal readiness across TA reporting and support teams for successful program transitions 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition including extensive exposure to RPO solution design and client implementation Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment program implementations across geographies and functions Strong track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships including at C-suite level Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in dynamic fast-paced environments Expertise in process design workforce planning and talent technology ATS CRM integrations Experience with business process improvement or change management frameworks Lean Six Sigma etc is preferred Bachelors degree required advanced certifications in Project Management PMP PRINCE2 Change Management or Agile methodologies are a plus High proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel PowerPoint Project Visio and project collaboration tools e g Asana Jira Drive internal readiness across TA reporting and support teams for successful program transitions
