We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist In This Role, You Will - As an Engineering Lead, design, implement, maintain and support a strategic Collateral & Limits Management program within Credit & Capital Management IT Dept within CIB. - Assist IT & Business Delivery Lead with the overall business technology planning. - As a technology lead provide guidance to the team to design, develop, test and implement responsive web applications / APIs - Ensure the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to processes and practices. - Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget - Working through the development and support phases of project delivery. - Taking ownership of the technical design and associated design documentation and participate in design reviews. - Mature DevSecOps adoption across the projects closely collaborating with global/regional team, adopting agile and innovative ideas. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot, Microservices architecture with the ability to design, develop and optimize scalable enterprise applications. - Experience working in SAFE Agile delivery environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to delivery high quality solutions on time. - Good communication skills both written and verbal. - Comfortable operating in an agile development team, self starting, motivated. - Takes ownership, pride in delivered work - Good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages. - Ability to mentor, coach and guide junior team members without compromising on personal deliverables.
