My client's users include large corporations seeking to modernize their hybrid cloud environments, manage data efficiently, and secure their IT estates. They also work with organizations developing AI applications, such as Subaru and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and clients in specific sectors like sports (Inter Miami CF), healthcare, and academia. My client helps these users optimize their IT environments by providing a broad portfolio of solutions, including High Performance Computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, networking (via Aruba Networking), data storage, and servers. A key offering is my client's GreenLake, a platform that delivers the cloud experience on-premises, with a flexible, as-a-service model. Through these services, my client ensures that any organization needing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services can drive their business outcomes effectively. Job Title: Windows Administration Location:- Pune Work Mode: WFO Experience: 6+ yrs. Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period:- Immediate joiners. Job Description:- 6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Hyper-v Administration, MS cluster Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles. Need to be flexible to work in shifts and work from Office. Technical Skills:- - Extensive troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability required for Windows OS, Windows Cluster, Performance issue, RDP issue and Hyper-V. - Good experience required on Hyper-V management. - Cluster - Strong Knowledge and experience required for MS Failover Cluster Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of cluster issues. Ability to provide the RCA with the available logs. - Windows - Server 2016 till 2025 installation, configuration, and end to end support for OS related issues. Dump file analysing. - Patching - Good Experience required in Windows patching and Hyper-V host patching. - Good Knowledge required on Active Directory services , DNS, DHCP and GPO. - Tools - Good experience required on various MS tools like , Perfmon , procmon and netmon. - Scripting – Good to have PowerShell scripting knowledge. - Process – Good Knowledge on ITIL process. Soft Skills - Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication. - Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence - The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable - Demonstrable troubleshooting skills - Cross-team collaboration
