They are trusted partners for large enterprises across industries and are known for a strong culture of innovation and integrity.Job DescriptionAs a Windows System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical Windows infrastructure in enterprise environments. You will also lead or support project activities such as upgrades, patch rollouts, system migrations, and implementing security policies—requiring a blend of technical expertise and project management capabilities.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCPPerform patch management, system monitoring, and performance tuningManage disaster recovery plans, data backups, and system security protocolsAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scriptingCoordinate server upgrades, security hardening, and infrastructure rolloutsCollaborate with network, cloud, and DevOps teams for project executionMaintain documentation for configurations, change logs, and incident resolutionsApply basic project management skills (task planning, stakeholder communication, scheduling)Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and audit requirements✔ Mandatory Skills5–8 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server AdministrationStrong experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCPProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automationExperience in patch management, system upgrades, and backup solutionsKnowledge of VMware or Hyper-V for virtualizationUnderstanding of ITIL, service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and change managementStrong communication and incident documentation skills🎯 Preferred SkillsMicrosoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate)Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, hybrid cloud environmentsExposure to security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)Familiarity with project/task tracking tools like Jira, MS Project, or Confluence👥 Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time under pressureIndependent and self-motivated approach to resolving issuesAbility to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders🚫 Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You have less than 5 years or more than 8 years of total Windows Admin experienceYou are not available to join immediately or are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are from a non-Windows infrastructure background (e.g., only Linux, Desktop support, Java development)You are looking for a fully remote position only (Work mode is hybrid as per project location)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL the criteria above.Random or irrelevant applications will not be processed.
