Responsibilities: Handle student enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Provide guidance to students and parents regarding courses, fee structures, and potential career prospects. Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve targets. Maintain follow-up with prospective students. Participate in promotional activities (seminars, workshops, education fairs). Maintain accurate admission records and reports. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing/Business/Education). 13 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service (education industry preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
