QA Manager

As we scale globally, we're seeking a QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts across our AI platform and automation deployments. Role Overview The QA Team Manager will lead the Quality Assurance (QA) function at Droidal, ensuring that all components of our AI platform are tested and released and all the automated AI Agents undergo rigorous testing before client deployment. You will design, implement, and oversee scalable QA processes, lead a distributed QA team, and collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure flawless product delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on QA leader with experience testing AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation platforms, and a strong foundation in automation frameworks and end-to-end testing environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team responsible for testing Droidal's AI platform and AI agent deployments. - Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for both manual and automated testing across product modules. - Ensure automated testing pipelines are integrated with CI/CD workflows for seamless deployments. - Define and monitor QA metrics - coverage, defect rates, regression impact, and release quality. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI model teams to establish quality standards and acceptance criteria. - Oversee the creation of detailed test plans, scripts, and data validation for all agent workflows. - Review and approve release candidates, ensuring compliance with performance, accuracy, and reliability benchmarks. - Drive continuous improvement in QA practices, tools, and frameworks. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and implement preventive measures. - Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards during testing and deployment. Required Skills & Experience - 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven background in testing AI/ML platforms, RPA systems, or SaaS automation products. - Hands-on expertise in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, PyTest, JMeter). - Experience with API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end automation frameworks. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and version control systems. - Experience working with Python or Java-based test frameworks for automation. - Exposure to AI testing methodologies - validation of AI models, accuracy benchmarking, and regression testing. - Familiarity with cloud-based test environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Prior QA leadership experience in AI-driven SaaS or automation platforms. - Certification in ISTQB, Agile Testing, or Test Automation Frameworks. - Exposure to data-driven testing, prompt validation, or agentic workflow testing. - Ability to design scalable QA frameworks for modular AI agent deployment.
