TOOL ROOM INCHARGE REQUIRED FOR LEADING MANUFACTURER OF INJECTION PLASTIC PRODUCTS WITH MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERTISE IN PLASTIC MOLD MANUFACTURING The Tool Room Incharge will design fabricate and maintain moulds used in the production of components The role requires precision technical expertise and hands-on experience in mould making Key Responsibilities Design and fabricate moulds as per engineering specifications Perform maintenance and repairs on existing moulds to ensure longevity Collaborate with the production and R D teams to improve mould designs Operate CNC machines lathes and other tool room equipment Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Maintain accurate records of mould designs and modifications DECISION MAKING QUALITY PROVIDING PROVEN RESULTS LONG TERM COMMITMENT DEVOTION We are a top-tier manufacturer specializing in innovative Engineering Plastic products We are dedicated to quality efficiency and technological advancement in the moulding industry The Tool room Incharge will oversee all operations within our Tool Room facility Key Responsibilities Operational Management Design repair moulds to enhance quality standards and cost efficiency Process Optimization Implement and monitor processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in Mechanical Eng are a plus Skills Strong leadership problem-solving and process Mould making skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control practices ITI Diploma in Tool and Die Making or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mould making preferably in the Lighting Fan or home appliance industry Proficiency in operating CNC machines lathes and other tool room equipment Strong knowledge of mould design software e g AutoCAD SolidWorks Only genuine candidates residing at NEAR DAMAN comfotable in Salary range and long working hours may apply Job Type Full-time Pay 360 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Are you familiar with Mould making of Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Mould Making 3 years Required Work Location In person
