About The Role
At Loop, we're fundamentally rethinking healthcare to empower people to live longer, healthier lives. Our design team is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help shape the future of care and insurance products at Loop.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct user studies using a variety of methods interviews, participatory design, digital ethnography, service safaris, etc.
Facilitate rapidly iterative prototype testing, focusing both on usefulness and usability
Capture and share findings and insights in the form of rich artefacts journey maps, experience maps, personas, stories, scenarios, etc.
Create a shared understanding of the people we're serving by facilitating workshops with product designers, product managers and business stakeholders
Make strong recommendations to the heads of design, product and business to help shape Loop's product roadmap and UX strategy
Work closely with designer teammates, engage in ideation and critiques, and foster studio culture.
What We Are Looking For
A deep understanding and appreciation of people's values, behaviours and needs
4+ years of experience working on software products
Experience with service design is a plus
Prior healthcare experience is a plus
Strong verbal, written and visual storytelling skills
An understanding of metrics and business fundamentals
Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
Well educated in UX research, regardless of whether you went to design school or not.
