Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented professional to manage and streamline our internal operations, documentation, and team workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems that ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain operational dashboards and databases

• Develop and document SOPs for all key functions (sales, training, admin, onboarding, HR)

• Design and manage student and employee onboarding systems, including forms, welcome kits, and process flows

• Oversee LMS setup, class calendar tracking, and resource folder organization

• Implement and track project management systems for team-wide accountability (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or Notion)

• Create and manage internal documents such as offer letters, pitch decks, policy documents, and trackers

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure systems are aligned with current workflows

• Design and maintain feedback mechanisms for students, trainers, and internal teams

• Assist in task delegation, status updates, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Systems, or Process Management

• Proficient in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp, and Canva

• Strong documentation skills with experience in drafting SOPs and training manuals

• Prior experience in managing onboarding systems, task dashboards, and internal tools

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and project coordination skills

• Preferred: Experience in EdTech, language training, coaching, or consulting sectors

Location : Remote (India-based candidates preferred)
