Role (you will): - Source, screen, and engage seafarers and shore-based professionals for ship management roles. - Maintain candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with technical and crewing departments. - Manage onboarding documents, verification, and compliance records (STCW, CoC, CDC, etc.). - Liaise with manning agents, training centers, and internal teams for timely placements. - Support employer branding and recruitment drives (digital campaigns, maritime events). - Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets or ATS tools. Minimum Qualifications: - 1–2 years of experience in maritime / ship management recruitment or HR operations. - Strong understanding of seafarer documentation and rank structure. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets. - Ability to work independently with accountability.
