AI Product Management & Development Intern

Overview:

Join our Tech Systems and Products team as an AI Product Manager & Developer Intern who will own the complete development of one assigned system using Large Language Models and AI agentic frameworks. You&aposll work within a 4-5 person team where each member drives a specific product identified by our Organization Performance Management and HR teams, while also supporting project management activities across other organizational teams.

What You&aposll Do

Primary Role (60%): Product Development

Own end-to-end development of one assigned system from our portfolio of internal tools (CRM, LMS, HRMS, automation systems) or external impact products (mental well-being, sustainability, or AI governance platforms)

Analyze requirements and build product flows using AI/LLM capabilities

Implement solutions using agentic frameworks alongside the team

Deploy and maintain your system with user feedback integration

Secondary Role (40%): Project Management

Support risk management and quality assurance for Marketing, Collaborations, Content Research, and Enablers teams

Help optimize processes and facilitate cross-team communication

Your Product Areas (You&aposll be assigned one)

Internal Systems: AI-enhanced CRM modules, learning management components, website intelligence features, HR automation workflows, marketing tools, or project dashboards

External Impact Products: Mental well-being platform tools for AI-displaced individuals, sustainability consumer empowerment features, or AI governance policy frameworks

What We&aposre Looking For

Technical Foundation

Strong proficiency with Large Language Models and prompt engineering

Programming experience (Python/JavaScript preferred)

Eagerness to learn AI agentic frameworks collaboratively with the team

Problem-solving mindset and rapid learning ability

Personal Attributes

Self-directed with ability to own complete product development

Passionate about using AI for social impact and sustainability

Collaborative team player comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams

Detail-oriented with focus on user experience

Duration

6 Months

Stipend

- Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
- Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
- Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above
- The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
